전화영어 패턴 공부

아직 교육기간이라 전화를 받지 않지만, 벌써부터 생긴 전화 공포증... 닥치기 전에 미리미리 공부해보려고 정리해 둔 전화영어 패턴을 공유해볼게요! 읽어보면 별거 아닌 내용들이지만, 막상 전화를 받고 이야기를 하려면 말이 잘 안나오더라구요. 이런 표현들을 익히면 전화받을 때 좀 편할 것 같습니다.

용건 말하기

1호실 간호사랑 통화할 수 있을까요?

May I speak to room 1's primary nurse, please?

Could I speak to room1's primary nurse, please?

의사들이 부를 때 이야기 하는 걸 보니, room 1's bedside nurse라고 하거나, primary nurse, room 1's nurse라고 하는 것 같다. 그냥 room 1~ 하고 부르기도 하는 것 같다.

 

어디서 전화하신거죠?

Could I ask who's calling, please?

Who's calling, please?

 

전화하신 용건이 뭔가요?

Could I ask the purpose of the call, please?

May I ask what it's about?

wait 이라는 표현은 조금 무례하다고 함..

 

그는 지금 통화할 수 없어요.

She's not available at the moment.

I'm sorry, She's not here at the moment.

 

그가 언제 돌아올까요?

메세지 남겨드릴까요?

Would you like to leave a message?
